In most cases, your order will be treated as a domestic shipment, making the entire process more efficient and cost-effective for you.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is confirmed and processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 4 to 6 business days.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly based on factors such as regional shipping conditions, product availability, and any unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays.

We work with trusted local and international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress and get updates on estimated delivery.

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged product and are here to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your item arrived damaged, please follow the instructions below to ensure we can process your request efficiently:

A description of the problem: Clearly explain the nature of the damage to the product, including any visible defects or issues you found.

Details about how the order was packaged: Briefly describe how the item was packaged, including any protective materials such as bubble wrap, foam inserts, or cardboard.

Photos of the damaged item(s): Include clear photos of the damaged product from different angles, showing the extent of the damage.

Packaging Photos: Provide photos of the outer packaging, as well as any inserts or padding that came with the product. This helps us evaluate how the item was protected during shipping.

Providing these details and clear images helps us speed up the process of submitting a replacement request or refund offer. The more information you provide, the faster we can process your complaint and resolve the issue.

This information is also crucial for our internal quality control and allows us to investigate the issue

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Used, worn, or damaged items due to normal wear or misuse are not eligible for a refund. Returns without a valid reason or outside the 30-day window may incur a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved by our team before you send the product back. The item should be returned in its original packaging and unused, with the order number and sender's name included in the return package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the items. If the items are in good condition, your refund will be processed within 40 business days. If you do not receive your refund after the processing period, please contact your financial institution.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a change or cancellation, please email support@flixtify.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number and any changes you want to make, or simply request a cancellation. Our team will do our best to fulfill your request before the order is processed and shipped.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order as it may have already been processed or shipped.
